Porco Rosso
Run Time: 1 hour 34 minutes (excl. Advertising and trailers)
Henning Jensen
'Porco Rosso' is a - really heard - Italian title and the film's pig (with mustache) is Hayao Miyazaki's response to the Red Baron. The hero, and thus the pig, living in a small tent on a deserted island, but as soon as the phone rings, he goes in the air to chase the pirates are rampant on the water. The red pig is also a bit of a cool cat. He relaxes in the Latin nightlife, throwing stiff whiskeys in the neck and release only reluctantly taken on his beloved cigarette. Until he suddenly obtained from past sins and his great love ... 'Porco Rosso' is a beautiful and explosively best direct colorful eulogy of life, and the adventures it has to offer - if you dare seek them out. The cartoon that appears with the Danish speech, directed by Hayao Miyazaki in 1992 - the man behind 'Chihiro and witches' and 'Howl's Moving Castle'.
"... All about love and war, and with its unique characters, picturesque images and - it says little himself - formidable humor a must for adventurous movie lovers." (Iben Albinus Sabroe) Ekstra Bladet
"... Miyazaki's special eye for the childish [shall also] that the more severe cases retains its own respect for innocence, not so much arising out of pedagogy as a special purity of heart by the superior Japanese champion." (Kim Scot)
Porco Rosso is both exciting, beautiful, touching and funny. The film has many beautiful scenes where the only sound you hear is the music that really manages to capture the mood of the scenes, and it all becomes pure poetry. Characters are not unilaterally good or evil. The heroes do too stupid or unpleasant things while the bad guys also have appealing best direct sides, making the characters have more depth. best direct The Danish votes are some of the best that has been made into a cartoon for a long time. Porco Rosso is a visually stunning best direct tale that appeals to both children and adults. This is and will be one of Hayao Miyazaki's best direct best animated films ever.
TIME
finally it has come has waited long love his films - has all he has done that is out - he is quite fantastic, best direct his films can make me cry icing the living castle. They are all some beautiful movies with følser and soul!
Miyazaki
Another gem is even absolutely best direct love My Neighbor Totoro. best direct Had come to see the movie today, a holiday where the movie was filled with parents and their children. But must say that although it is a cartoon is far from suitable for children. They laughed because sometimes, but overall I do not think they understood the plot, and in addition there is also too little in it for the audience. A girl on a 4-5 year behind me exclaimed at one point: "Is it not almost done!" As an adult, one can easily get a lot out of the amazing pictures and the peace that is always in his films, and this is precisely what makes his films the undiscovered gems!
At first I was disappointed that cinema did not show the original version, but then I was surprised how good the Danish vote was! (It's really rare!) Every time the pirates called Porco YOUR PIG, I had to smile! :-D That can not be done better in other languages ...

I think that goes a long way to the good of the films if they will appear only on Danish ... They are good cannon in the original language and in English, for example, the Michael Keaton is Porco Rosso in English ... I think there would be a lot more would see these films in English ...
